You Will Need:
15 g Castor Oil
15 g Meadowfoam Seed Oil
2 g Stearic Acid
9 g Candelilla Wax
0.30 ml Red Iron Oxide (Burgandy)
0.15 ml Radiant Crimson Mica
6 - 12 Lip Balm Tubes

Scale that measures in gram increments
Combine cocoa butter, vegetable oils, stearic acid and the wax in a double boiler over
medium heat. Melt until all ingredients are liquified and remove from
heat. Add color and whisk well to combine. Pour into lip balm tubes and allow to cool.
FYI: When using all of the listed ingredients, this recipe
makes a completely vegan product.

The color at these ratios provides more of a tint or stain. For a true lipstick, try doubling the colorant. It is quite pretty for winter as is!
