Genmaicha, sometimes referred to as Japan's "accidental" tea, is a vegetable-flavored brew known for its high content of antioxidants. The tea is made from an infusion of green tea leaves, known as Bancha, toasted rice and water. The toasted rice gives the tea a pleasant, nutty scent.
